NO ELEVATOR! My 87 yr old mom was assigned a 2nd floor room and could not use stairs. The hotel was full so this was a MAJOR PROBLEM. I was appalled at the filthiness and condition of the property! Room cleanliness: Floors in the rooms were not properly vacuumed. What else is not done? Are the sheets really clean? Is the bathroom really sanitized? Condition of the rooms was complete unacceptable. The chairs were stained. The light above the sink in the dressing area, there is no switch that turns it off, there was a cord running down the wall so, it has to be UNPLUGGED! Is that even safe? The dresser/TV stand was in bad shape (broken in places.) And there was not sufficient plugs behind it to plug in the TV, cable box, coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator, so the coffee maker was not plugged in. Ceiling and walls were in disrepair. The ceiling above the shower was horrible! I cannot tell if the black stains are mold or not. The Cable did not work in any of our 3 rooms. And there was not internet connection when connecting to the WIFI. Entry doors at the ends of the building were in horrible condition. One had broken glass, the other's lock was broken, so the building was not secured! Free breakfast was not good and there were no non-sugar sweeteners for coffee. Ice machine at south end of the 1st floor was broken.

We reported four problems: the sink wouldn't drain, the toilet had to be flushed 3 times, the toilet seat was about to fall off, and the shower water ran all ovef the bathroom floor. The in-person apology was superficial and the online apology was off-the-shelf.
