“The staff are lovely and helpful. I did not think the room we had could be classed as superior because the bed has an old fashioned type of mattress which is not comfortable. For a superior room I was expecting a bigger more comfortable bed. We could not open the window at night because it is very low down and wild life could easily get through at night. Es un hotel antiguo, histórico, y ahí radica buena parte de su encanto. Tuvimos un problema con la accesibilidad y lo resolvieron con gran amabilidad y eficacia.
