When we arrived at San Antonio Millet, we were amazed by the impressive sights of the hacienda (and the fact that we were the only guests for the entire time of our visit). The photos on the site do not do justice to the beauty of the property. The hacienda has been perfectly restored to the period making a stay there almost like a travel back in time. The personnel is composed of people who are locals of the small village around the hacienda, and who have been working there for years. It felt like we had come to family, as they treated us as such. We had long conversations with Angel and Jesús, the ladies who took care of our breakfasts and keeping our room were lovely to us. We had incredible breakfasts that changed every day and were prepared with skills and care. We enjoyed the gardens, the pools and the property with its incredible surroundings. There are bikes available, TV's in the living areas, a huge recreation room, all surrounded by the sounds of the rain forest. The bathroom adjacent to our room is indescribable, with Ferregamo amennities and plenty of fresh towels every day. Every need (such as insect-spray) is anticipated. I recommend this hacienda amply and consider this place and its keepers as responsible for one of the most remarkable experiences I have had in over 30 years of travels around the world. Thank you! If you’re looking for where locals vacation, this is it. Roughly an hour from the Mérida airport, the hotel nails that laid-back Yucatán vibe. Mornings on the private beach, afternoons by the pool with more drinks and snacks than you can try. It’s the kind of place you go to actually unwind. Highly recommend for anyone craving a slow-paced escape.

The room was very nice and beautifully appointed. Hotel was in a neighborhood with no stores or restaurants nearby.

This hotel has a fantastic location. Restaurants abound, La Plancha Park is at the end of the Gastronomic Street, Paseo Montejo is a block away with mansions, museums, restaurants, shop, and pedestrian Sundays. The staff is bilingual and couldn’t be nicer. The pool area is an oasis. I especially enjoyed it at sunset.

A beautiful boutique hotel where staff members make you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the doors. The front office staff, Ivan, Hector and Jose were always available to assist with transportation and answer questions and give recommendations. Alberto and Alexander welcomed us for breakfast each morning with smiles and coffee and juice. From the front office to the restaurant to the housekeeping staff and groundskeepers, every person enables this hotel to run smoothly and efficiently. The rooms are comfortable and quite large with high ceilings and spacious bathrooms. We spent our afternoons by the hotel pool and rarely saw other guests. So relaxing. The Mansion is centrally located with restaurants, shops and historical sites all within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning on visiting Mérida. Finally, we would be remiss if we did not mention the owner Raul, who graciously invites his guests into his grandfather’s home and makes them feel like family.
