Mansion Merida is a beautiful, well maintained property in the historical city center of Merida. We were steps away from a vibrant night life but once inside, it was quiet and peaceful. Alberto and his team took excellent care of us through each breakfast and time by the pool. The food was delicious, the service excellent and our room stunning. Can't recommend this boutique hotel enough.

Excellent breakfast buffet with yogurt, toast, hot food and an omelet station. Excellent fresh juices. Great setting outdoors next to the pool. Pool area was beautiful, relaxing music playing with towels and loungers provided. Staff was excellent, accommodated our early arrival, very welcoming and attentive especially Guillermo at the front desk but also the breakfast staff and evening staff at the front desk. Great location, quiet but walking distance to many things. Bed was great, wife loved the fluffy extra blanket provided, lots of pillows as well. Great shower. Only stayed for a night but it was a great experience and will definitely stay again when coming to town again.

This hotel has a fantastic location. Restaurants abound, La Plancha Park is at the end of the Gastronomic Street, Paseo Montejo is a block away with mansions, museums, restaurants, shop, and pedestrian Sundays. The staff is bilingual and couldn’t be nicer. The pool area is an oasis. I especially enjoyed it at sunset.

Todo está muy bien , los baños un poco antiguos pero en general todo muy bien , la chica de los masajes es una maga me quito el dolor del nervio ciático , lo único poco mal es que se escucha mucho cuando tienes huéspedes enseguida .
