Weekend in ATL
The place is very nice though it looks a bit differently from the outside. Everything was clean and easy to find/use. Only one mirror in the bathroom and a floor mirror in the hall so if several women this could be an issue. Walking distance to food and metro which was convenient. If needed to stay in this area again would go back. Definitely worth the cost.

We loved this property. It was in a very cute neighborhood; very quiet and central location. The room was comfortable for us and our dog; we felt right at home! Definitely coming back for our next visit.

The place is beautiful but my check-in was not smooth. I'll just say that management needs someone on site or at least be able to reach by phone because I arrive at 11p and did not get assistance. Their office closes at night. There was a car park outside that looked like parking enforcement but when I tried to get their attention I realized that the car was empty. If it weren't for other tenants I would have been completely lost. Oh yeah, my car got booted because I thought that I parked in P1 but it was just the first floor of the garage. I couldn’t find the lockbox which is in a separate room so it took me a while to get my key. I requested to check out late the day before my check out I didn’t get a response until the next day and so when I was trying to leave, he saw me in the hallway with some of my stuff and from there he asked me for the key so since I was checking out late, of course I gave him the key thinking I could continue to remove my stuff my room. Then he said that he didn’t have all the keys. I told him I had to get the key from my son and he said well he will hold onto my belongings until he until I get the key which is unlawful. He cannot do that. So if you choose to stay here just know that Michaelis the property manager that did this.

Cozy, comfortable, and clean studio apartment at a great price and in a safe area! Walkable to Piedmont Atlanta Hospital, CVS, and many great restaurants! We would definitely stay here again.
