“Beutiful place”

“Great location to get to most areas, comfortable beds and pillows. The pool looked fun but the weather wasn’t great during our stay. The gym had everything you need. Parking is confusing but once you get the hang of it, it’s easier. Love that they supplied the coffee pods, made mornings easier. ”

“Very rude host , was very hard to get a hold of the host .She treat me like I was some kind of retarted and on top of that it seems that the sheets were not even clean .Last thing , the pictures were not even matching with the layout of the apartment ”

“The household accommodations were true to form. The pool photos and gym are over exaggerated. When I went to use the sauna a property staff member told me the property does not allow renters. Then, my key fob for access was shutdown. I was no longer able to is the amenities. It took a full day before the host got me a new fob. By that time I was checking out. It was quite disappointing. When I asked for some reconciliation, the host ignored my asks. ”

“Being on the 12th floor provided us the advantage to see both the ocean and the marina. We enjoyed the New Year fireworks from the unit. The host sent very detailed directions and was easy to communicate with. The unit was spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed.”

“Quiet neighborhood ”

“The place was nice, comfortable to sleep in and the neighborhood is nice. With places to eat and shop right around the corner, But a few things if you are a light sleeper the noise from the elevator will wake you up. As the place is right next to the elevator. And every now and then the sink drain in the bedroom and toilet make a noise. And some things need to be upgraded and cleaned a bit better. There was some ants in the kitchen sink and counter. But overall I would recommend this place. ”

“Clean Room. Location Excellent close to Venice Beach and all Activities. 8 min from Trader Joes. Kitchen is good for basic cooking. Living room is spacious. Good for a couple. I had my kids; the host was responsive shared an air mattress. Great restaurants nearby walking distance. Nice coffee machine. Best part is the living room with beautiful view. ”
