Most of the staff was very friendly & helpful. The bar doesn't display the alcohol bottles so customers don't realize the bar serves it. Our bartender needs training on hospitality associated with customer service. Being more attentive to the customers & not sitting in a booth on their phone. They should at least try to show they are happy to be there. Parts of the hotel appears to be under construction. The ceiling was exposed concrete & you could see the electrical conduit. The light fixtures were ceramic fixtures normally used in closets. The lights had metal guards normally used in construction areas.

Wonderful location! Staff was very friendly place was extremely clean

Fridge not working, carpet in front of fridge soaked. Reported to front desk, clerk did not want to switch us to another room. Was told they would try to repair first. Nothing was corrected. They charge a $18 guest fee upon checkin, can be used in their restaurant as credit, but was not convenient to use. Not much parking available aside from valet.
