Despite having a reservation for months and a stated 3 pm check-in, when we arrived at the hotel after 5 pm, we were told the room would be ready in 10-20 minutes. We waited over two hours until the room was finally ready and were forced to miss the first 1.5 hours of the concert for which we traveled. The property is terribly maintained - dirty, unkempt, pool out of order, and no amenities. The room was relatively clean, but everything else about this property was a disaster. Poor ownership and poor management.

no shower door, floor was a swamp. mold on shower caulking. 1 block walk to elevator, then 1 block walk back to room. very industrial, concrete floors. exposed conduit for lights. restaurant was useless. no complimentary breakfast. unlocked doors at night. locked in the morning. I think i could hear the roaches in the next room, very noisy. the bed was comfortable, tho. if I wanted a motel 6, I would have stayed there for 300 dollars less. should have stayed at the Wyndham for 50 bucks more.

Was checking in and didn’t receive the code for the parking garage, the parking garage code was different than the check in code. After event got back to stadium suite and the code worked to enter the building, once arrived at room the code was not working. Called support and was hung up on multiple times during late hours, was told they were going to call their maintenance person (at 12 am) after a concert. And all belongings were locked inside the room so didn’t have keys, or any other personal belongings. After 45 mins of trying to type in the code, the door magically starting working. Would not recommend. Not worth what I paid - esp to have extreme issues since arrival to departure.
