There are some good hikes near by and the lake is beautiful. We had trouble trying to fit everything into one weekend. The house is clean and cozy and Shawn and Christine send you loads of info and recommendations making the trip easy and enjoyable "

Each bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and the medicine cabinet had Tylenol and Ibuprofen. Linens and towels were provided, and we didn’t need to bring propane tanks, which we often have to do at other rentals.
