And they also helped us call a taxi at a reasonable price when we checked out. Absolutely enjoyed staying there. Highly recommend this hotel. The Swiss countryside experience around the hotel is an added plus. Say hello to the sheep across the hotel."

"Charming hotel, but it is old so expect creaky wooden floors and loud doors. It's quite the hike from the train so if you have luggage definitely call for the shuttle. Breakfast was delicious. We had dinner there 2 nights and the food, while expensive (but everything is in Switzerland, was superb. Staff was very helpful and kind."

"Location was perfect - close to shops and grocery stores (to help cut the cost of very expensive dining out in Switzerland). Short walk to Interlaken West train station. Easy bus access. Breakfast was included and was VERY good - lots of variety and delicious! Beds/pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is older, and room was pretty basic - no bedside lamps (NOT a game changer), and no A/C, which we discovered is common in Switzerland. Temperatures were warm (high twenty's) during our stay, but we were given 2 floor fans which really helped to keep things comfortable. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend."
