Wasn’t expecting anything fancy. The property was clean and comfortable. The diner was great and kitchen staff were fantastic!

Amazing place, quiet, close to everything, friendly staff and great rooms

I left as soon as I booked another place. The first room I went into was under maintenance, the next was run down, dirty, had sewer gas leak, and smelled like someone lived in there with a cat (because people are living there). The walls were filthy there were spots that had unknown substances on them some spots where it was maybe food on the ceiling the rest of the walls had rotten spots and holes in them, the siding was so rotted you could stick your finger through it, small bits of broken glass in a spot in the hallway… I’m familiar with the hotel as a budget hotel since I’ve been around southeast Alaska since 2010, I’m from southeast Alaska, I wasn’t expecting the world, the price was cheap but it was so dirty I couldn’t stay.

We chose the ocean view side, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision. Each room has a picture window. Every morning before you would go out or every evening before you would come back, magnificent views would be waiting for you. What an enjoyable and relaxing experience from the comfort of your room! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel.
