I left as soon as I booked another place. The first room I went into was under maintenance, the next was run down, dirty, had sewer gas leak, and smelled like someone lived in there with a cat (because people are living there). The walls were filthy there were spots that had unknown substances on them some spots where it was maybe food on the ceiling the rest of the walls had rotten spots and holes in them, the siding was so rotted you could stick your finger through it, small bits of broken glass in a spot in the hallway… I’m familiar with the hotel as a budget hotel since I’ve been around southeast Alaska since 2010, I’m from southeast Alaska, I wasn’t expecting the world, the price was cheap but it was so dirty I couldn’t stay.

Great option in ketchikan, good restaurant, helpful staff, clean rooms.

Large clean rooms. Laundry onsite. Desk staff very helpful. Bus stop out front. At the price breakfast would have been nice.

Clean and nicely furnished. Shuttle service was good. Close proximity to town.
