The apartment is located on a quiet street in Milan, in the brand-new Washington Building, a modern condominium building in the west of the city.

The building has an elevator, communal swimming pool and gym. The 50 sq m apartment opens onto a large living room with sofa bed, dining table and fully equipped open kitchen.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a built-in closet. The bathroom is spacious and modern, with a shower and washing machine.

The apartment is bright, thanks to large windows overlooking an inner courtyard. The area is well served by stores, supermarkets and public transportation, making it ideal for those looking for a comfortable accommodation with good connections to the city center.
