"Great hotel. Surprisingly bigger than we thought and nice amenities (pool, bars, restaurants, and a coffee shop). Away from the hubbub, but close enough to the train station and walkable areas. Room is small by US standards, but had a washer and Kitchenette."

"Located on the main central roundabout in Lisbon, the location is excellent for the Hop on Hop Off bus services and a short walk into the centre proper. Clean, friendly with a good atmosphere. We ate at the restaurant once and it was good value. It is a little noisy (the traffic outside mainly), but that didn't bother us. Would book again when we re-visit Lisbon."

"We love to walk and so the location of this hotel was superb. Walking up and down the cobblestone narrow streets was a definite workout but worth the experience. The only possible downside is that you must be a resident or taxi driver to drive to the hotel from the top of the street. We simply took a taxi with our luggage to our car rental place after our beautiful stay. "

"It’s in the heart of Alfama, or old Lisbon, with amenities nearby. Clean rooms, very friendly staff with a good breakfast."

"Very conveniently located in the middle of old Lisbon with ready access to all touristy neighbourhoods. Room was clean and in very good condition. We thought it might be noisy being in this part of the city but it was actually quiet and we couldn't hear the city noise. "
