"Ana's place was fantastic! My partner and I spent a month there this spring and had the best time. We worked from home and the 2 bed - 2 bath setup was perfect for us. Ana's place has a ton of space, great amenities and is in the best location in LA, close to absolutely everything on the westside and just a few minutes from the 405/10 freeways to get to the rest of what LA has to offer. "The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....
