And we liked that we were official residents of the community, so we could receive Amazon packages, mail and room service food delivery. Also, the staff knew who we were. We’ve stayed other places, where we were not official residents and had to process everything through our host, which added a layer of delay. Highly recommended. ”

“There was no condo when we arrived. The arrival document arrived but no specific unit number and no way to access garage. Spoke with leasing agency and VRBO is not allowed in the entire complex. It was a nightmare. Had to find a hotel. Took three weeks for a refund and they never cancelled my VRBO even after I called and said it was fake. I should not have review access.”
