Our host couple, Gianna and Giuliano are delightful people who love to give personal attention to their guests. They handle restaurant reservation, comfort-enhancing tweaks and the most incredible breakfast of home-make treats we have ever seen! Parking onsite and easy access to Modena make should make this anyone's first choice of accommodation. Bed was super comfortable and large windows give you fresh air or there is A/C if you need it.

Benedetta was fantastic! She was so kind and available for all of her guests. You can tell she truly cares! The rooms and lobby were beautiful and it was in a great location. 10/10. I wish I could live there.

Comfortable, lovely small hotel with easy parking and air conditioning. Although we were on the first floor, the room was quiet so we slept well. We were able to walk into the city center in less than 10 minutes. Nice, helpful woman running the facility. Very easy check-in at our own convenience. Highly recommended.

The food was exceptional. We ate dinner all three days in hotel, and each meal was delicious. The staff was friendly and so nice; they went out of their way to help us as needed. I hope to come back and stay again.

The Acetaia is a rare gem, untouched by the ruin of “travel influencers,” that I was happy to find in researching a quiet and peaceful stay centrally-located in Emilia Romagna. This B&B is situated inside of a 500 year old manor house on a rustic farm with many friendly animals. It’s run by the Malagoli family matriarch, Barbara, who bakes fresh sweet cakes for breakfast every morning and makes delicious cappuccini. Rooms are large and comfortable, each with its on guest-controlled mini-split AC...
