"This is my favorite place to go with my dogs when I head to the mountains. I enjoy hiking nearby and hanging out by the river in Salida, but this can leave all of us a bit messy. No worries, at the Loyal Duke, their accommodations are perfect. The bathrooms are older, but clean. The office/ breakfast setup is easy, and I had options of being inside or out for breakfast. I love the simple, updated decor in the room, and will be back again! Not to mention the very nice woman at the desk!!!"
