“We had such a lovely stay at Belcruz. When we arrived, Randall welcomed us with a great explanation of where to go in Monteverde and took us to our room. The room was great - clean, comfortable bed, spacious, great view. Breakfast was delicious. We needed to plan our next move after checkout, and Randall made us drinks while we sat in the restaurant/lobby and planned - and saw a few cool birds right out the window. Plus, we got great hand made bird ornaments that his wife and daughter make……

“Stayed three nights there. The price-quality ratio was really good. The breakfast was sufficient enough and made according to my timetable since my visit took place outside the high season. But most of all I want to thank the manager. He assisted me in reserving the zip-lines and the jungle visit. He also provided a laundry service at a very short notice. “The property manager, Lady, was so helpful. She helped arrange tours for us and gave us information about what to do. Finding the place was a little difficult, as Waze didnt map it out correctly (initially I used Mountain Faro Hotel as it was named in expedia) so i had to stop and google address and remap with a different name. I used Mountain Faro B&B and waze mapped icorrectly then. Also office was closed when we arrived at 7pm. I had to find contact info on expedia to reach owner. She……

“I was thinking just a room with the breakfast included option for two people but it turned out they have a full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The host and her daughter were super friendly and willing to help us out. They recommended a good local restaurants and our stay was very comfortable. It’s a nice location too.
