"We had a delightful stay. The layout of the condo is convenient and the location is quiet. We were a short distance from the venues and restaurants we wanted to visit. The views and sunsets are spectacular. Underground parking was great and easy to access."

"Loved the unit! Nice quiet area, clean unit with comfortable beds. The management company was also very helpful. Only 1 thing I feel needs to be made clear is that the pool in the pictures is not attached to this building. It is at the building next door. You have access to it and it is just a 2 minute walk but renters should be aware of this. Thanks for a great 5 days."

"The condo was beautiful and in a great location. Everything was in walking distance for what we wanted to do. A little scary at night walking back from Broadway. The condo was nice and clean. Everything was great but one thing that was not good was the bed. We only used the king size bed, the mattress was very hard and it felt like you were sleeping on plywood and the bed linen was rough and scratchy. They did not have fitted sheets for the bottom sheets which made it even more uncomfortable."

"The property was perfect for our family of four for a friends wedding. The location was a perfect walking distance to Broadway and we literally parked our car in the garage (for free) the day we arrived and did not need it until we left. My son used the gym daily and my daughter and I loved the rooftop views. I loved not having to carry around a key, thank you for the coded system, (and for answering our call late night when we could not get in-lol). Highly recommended!"

"The location was great- short walk to restaurants and bars in the Gulch. Another short walk from there to Broadway. The place was very nice. Perfect for 2 couples. We only used bedrooms and bathrooms, not the kitchen as we ate out. There was a little street noise, not bad. The worst noise was in the building- the condo above us was very noisy. Woke us in the middle of the night one time. Another day they sounded like they were moving furniture for an hour. All tolerable but still annoying. And...

"Absolutely awesome rental. The location to broadway is FANTASTIC but without all the noise when it’s bed time. The owner is on top of communication and did an excellent job. 10/10 would recommend."

"We were traveling for only 2 nights with another couple so the 2 bed 2 bath was perfect. Place was clean and tidy with plenty of space for our few belongings. Easy access to lower Broadway, but Hillsboro has lots to offer as well within walking distance. Only issue we had was no soap in the showers and lack of parking space when it was indicated we would have one space. Luckily the street was not ever too busy so that we found a spot on the street each time. If the street was busy, it would have...

"Great location for two couples celebrating 50th birthday. We found the accommodations exceeded our expectations and enjoyed our time in Nashville. We could easily walk to all the hot spots and cheap Uber rides back at night. Communications with the host was always immediate and accommodating. Will definitely return to Nashville and to this great condo!"

"I made the mistake of digging deep into reading the reviews AFTER booking the home (not my finest moment). Some doubt and concern began to sit in but it was too late to change our minds. All of that to say...we were pleasantly surprised to see that any of the previous complaints regarding this property have been addressed: brand new couch, clean sheets, etc. While they can't do much about the seedy neighborhood, we weren't too worried about it since the fire department was within eye shot of one...
