As a hotel property that has been converted from a YMCA, it’s a bit quirky. First, there are very few staff on site as the hotel promotes itself as being highly automated. That meant that one of party didn’t have a working tv that was fixed upon her request. Another of our party had burned out light bulbs that also went unreplaced. The furniture in our rooms was shabby. Room cleaning service was an added cost when you requested the bed to be made, fresh towels, etc. One would expect that with few staff and services that the price would reflect those cost savings. It didn’t.
