We stayed in a one bedroom unit and it was very small. The galley kitchen made the hallway to get to the living room and trundle bed very narrow. I can’t imagine staying here with more than 2 people, it would be absurdly cramped. The property was fine overall, but the location was phenomenal. It was really close to a lot of different activities and restaurants. Also the property’s access to the beach was awesome. It’s a great place to stay with your family, just know that it’s a very basic condo that you’re getting. If your whole reason for coming is to spend time out on the beach or doing other activities, this is a great base of operations. If you’re planning on spending a lot of time inside together as a family, don’t stay in a single bedroom even if it says it can sleep up to 6.

The night we arrived the lock on the condo didn't work so we had to wait for security to let us in. Maintenance came the next day to fix the lock and said all was good. We realized the next day that the door wasn't locking at all. Maintenance came again and tried to fix it. It worked once and again we had to wait outside in 90 degree heat waiting to be let in. In the condo there was only 2 spoons and 1 fork for us to use, we had to go buy silverware. The kitchen floor was not cleaned well. Cigarette/cigar butts on the balcony and in the screened in porch. During actual check in the associates had little personality other than the Manager, she seemed concerned but admitted they do not get much funding to fix issues.

The layout was awesome. You walk in, powder room. Go up a few steps kitchen on left, dining room on right, go through to the living room and sliding door to the deck. Vaulted ceilings with fans. Go up one level to big tub and laundry with bedroom and full bathroom. Go up another level to a double bed with a full bathroom. Double louvered doirs to vaulted dining room.Then up one more level to 2 single beds. Huge space. With drop down bed in living room, could easily sleep 8-10.
