"Excellent location, excellent apartment! Only complaint would be I didn’t know where to park and didn’t know checkin was in a different building. It would have been nice to know this prior to securing the room. "

"The apartment was very spacious and in an excellent location right in the centre of the Altstadt. The only minor issue is that it can be a little noisy in the evenings and again first thing in the morning when the beer delivery trucks arrive.
The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. Our family of 4 had a very comfortable stay."

"This was a great place because of its close proximity to the train station. It was also easily walkable to all the attractions I wanted to visit.
However, I found that the breakfast was very overpriced for a small selection of items. The view from the restaurant was amazing."

"I've read reviews here and on other platforms and the word "quirky" comes up a lot, and I agree. We rented two rooms for our family of six. We were given two cottages and loved them. It was a unique experience staying here. I especially loved my cubby-like bed, and the bedding was extra comfy. The cottages are hidden in foliage, giving them an extra cozier feeling. We slept quite well since the property was quiet the entire night. The location is convenient. We were able to walk to the historical places, shopping, and dining locations within 15 minutes or less. I was only sad we couldn't stay longer because it became one of my favorite hotels. "
"Excellent location, although being in the center of the old town means it can be a bit noisy in the mornings. I would recommend earplugs. Having said that, the location is fantastic, the check in staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself had everythin we needed, including a good shower, air-con and a small kitchen with fridge and oven. I would definitely stay there again."
"Great location which was close to the train station. However it was a fair distance to the centre of town. Not many options for public transport in the area which was quite inconvenient given that it rained the entire time.we were there. Outside of that we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book here again as it was very comfortable."
"Very convenient location - a few minutes walk to anywhere in Innsbruck centre. The staff on reception were super helpful and sorted out my Innsbruck Welcome Card for me. Comfy bed in a spacious room. "
"We chose a Deluxe room on the 7th floor and it was huge! The wrap-around view, from the ski jump to the south to the mountains to the north, was incredible. The short walking distance to the bahnhoff made for very easy arrival and departure, and we were a short walking distance to the old town. We looked into MANY other hotels in the area, but this central location and its views made the choice very easy. The staff is excellent! The top floor bar and dining/breakfast area was amazing and provided incredible views. "
"We had a very comfortable stay and the staff was very good. The breakfast was good too and staff at the restaurant was very helpful. The ambience in the rooms was good and restrooms very clean. I totally recommend staying here"
"The hotel staff was really lovely and informative. The neighborhood is good. We had a triple room and it was nice - even with 3 beds. The room was super clean. I would stay there again.
We did not have the best experience in the restaurant. Nothing terrible - our waiter wasn’t the best. It happens. "
"The front desk staff was very gracious, polite, friendly, and efficient. Both Maria, who I believe is the manager and Kim were wonderful to deal with at check in, This hotel is both beautiful and extremely well located on the edge of the old town… I chose the room rate to include breakfast, which I would highly recommend… I am 55 years old and it is the most beautiful breakfast buffet I have ever had in my life, complete with every choice you can think of, including exotic fruits from around the world… Such as passionfruit and dragon, fruit, and a host of others! Highly recommend this hotel! Thank you so much"
"Such a quaint hotel! The restaurant and bar areas are great. The free breakfast is superior!! The location was perfect and was very walkable.
The only complaint being our room. We were on the 5th floor and it seemed like we were in the attic. Couldn’t see outside because the window was high. One thing about hotels is I LOVE a good view. This was lacking sadly."
"The only issue was with a digital code needed for the checkin, that I have not received and no staff available initially. Room comfortable but AC not working. "
"This is a lovely hotel with clean and spacious rooms as well as friendly and helpful staff. Convenient and walking distance to shops and restaurants."
"We stayed in Innsbruck in July as a family of 4 with two children, ages 12 & 17.
Parking- Although there is no onsite parking, there is an offsite paid parking garage around a 5 minute walk from the apartment that was easily walk-able.
Communication & Check-in- The communication was limited but informative and the Check-in was seamless. You access the entrance to the Apartment via a restaurant and check in with the hostess. The apartment elevator is right inside the door to the restaurant and easily accessible once you check in. The process took only a few minutes and was very easy. The building felt very secure, clean, and safe.
Apartment- The apartment itself had two bedrooms, a pull out couch in the living room, a kitchen, and a nice large bathroom. The space was very clean and modern, and gave us ample room to spread out as a family. The air conditioning wasn't strong, but the windows were able to be opened and let in a welcomed cool breeze.
Location- You CANNOT BEAT the location of this apartment. I honestly had no idea when we booked it how great it is. Located in the main square of the city, you simply have to look up for the apartment building entrance to see the Golden Roof. Almost everything the city has to offer is within steps of the building entrance and easily walk-able."
"The property is very beautiful and the service was top notch. The room was pretty good too. The rooftop bar was very nice with great views of the Alps."
"When I got there early, the staff who helped me to set up my check in process(12:30) was fine, it was the one who handed me the room key at 15:00 making me feel unwelcome.
Sometimes you just know the body language of people even though you don’t understand what they were saying in their language. She was making a comment to the other hotel employee at another counter in by just moving the lips and the other lady was laughing. I think that was very rude. "
"Accommodation feels brand new, spotlessly clean, well appointed. Room has a magnificent view as promised. Comfortable bed, immediate access to trains and close to the historic center. Breakfast was excellent, served in comfort “in the sky”.
"
"I only stayed one night on my way to the Dolomites but would happily go back. There’s a large car park but there’s also an underground car park where I was able to securely park my motorcycle for the night, as did two other motorcyclists and a large group of cyclists. Although the corridors and rooms look a little tired it was all very clean and my room was quiet.
I enjoyed a nice beer before going into the restaurant where the Wiener Schnitzel was excellent, and very large!
All the staff were helpful and my very limited German was not put to the test as they spoke very good English.
