5/5 - Excellent
Beautiful city with beautiful people. Great place to visit and walk about.

The room was spotlessly clean and cleaned thoroughly each day. The staff were polite and friendly. The breakfast was amazing with choice for everyone. We would definitely stay again.

Our room was spacious, clean, with lots of storage options, kitchenette and pretty view from the windows. Hotel is conveniently located, close to the Wawel castle and old tow. We are planing to come back in the near future.

Great location, very good breakfast, nice rooms, very good and helpful concierges, good housekeeping. Great selection of restaurants nearby and the center of town square. Cons: no closets, no laundry service for your clothes. I still will recommend them.
