Nama Tours

Awful stay. The property lists A/C, which they have but it does not work. To get any air flow you need to open the windows, since this property is right next to the airport you hear flights all night. They provide you with little packets of soap for the shower that is hard to open. There is no kettle in the room, and the restaurant does not open until 10am. Being an airport hotel, one would know people are going to be leaving early AM to catch a flight. Airport shuttle is listed as an amenity. There is NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE period. They set up a taxi for you, "on them", however you wind up paying the taxi. The only saving grace for this hotel is that they have a restaurant on site that is reasonable in price and the food is great.

I have mentioned, many times, our loyalty to Dream. This has become a 'Home away from home' for us. Our reason is simple... We are treated like family ! More importantly, it's not just us. We watch the entire staff at Dream treat EVERY guest like family. Each staff member give of themselves to make every stay successful and enjoyable. One more time, we say THANK YOU Dream.
