“Loved the property and the location! I gave only 4 stars because of the room, I messaged the owner about a few things I thought needed improvement. Otherwise, it had everything I needed. The pic is from the 1st floor balcony :)”

“It could use a chair in the room.”

“This was a 2 room apartment. It was spotlessly clean. Very nice bathroom. We only slept there, but there was a small microwave above the sink, so you could do oatmeal or microwave food, esp if wanting to have breakfast there. Kuerig coffee pot, some pods, and a few creamers...you'd need more if a couple folks don't want black coffee. A nice dorm style fridge for your food from home or leftovers from dinner! We were very impressed with this lovely place. Super quiet, 2nd floor porch/balcony with……

“Easy walk to the beach and Danny has beach passes you can use. A lot to do on the beach with nice restaurants. Beach is clean and feels safe. Neighborhood is very clean and safe as well. G&G”

“It was a great little room for a one night stay for a wedding . Check in was easy , it was clean and in a great location it was walking distance about a 5 min walk to downtown ocean grove and a ten minute drive to asbury park . Also communication with the host was great, answered me quickly and was helpful with any questions I had . ”

Room itself needed A LOT of help. Broken picture and trash stashed under the bed. Hangers where picture had hung on the wall exposed, same with mirror that was on the bathroom door, now propped up against the wall. It was okay, Didn’t meet our expectations in comparison to several other properties in the area, but it was……

“This was our first time using Vrbo. Process was easy! Very impressed with the communications - lots of good information shared and questions answered very quickly! Location was centrally located. Easy to walk most places. Parking was easier than expected as well.”

“The room was clean, comfortable and close to the beach and Asbury Park.”

“Great room for a weekend in Asbury. Walkable to the Stone Pony. Plenty of parking.”
