Everything was mostly good - the bathroom beside 2nd bedroom wouldn’t flush! Reported to proper person not long after arrival. They weren’t able to get it repaired. IF there had been other people with us - this would have been a nightmare!! They offered 5% discount for our troubles. Should have been changed to rent of one bedroom one bath unit!

Super Relaxing
Beautiful unit with comfy beds, furniture; well stocked kitchen; awesome deck to drink coffee on in the sunshine each morning. Watched dolphins. Waves never cease. The community is well taken care of. We took advantage of pickleball, the beach, the pool, and the hot tub. It was quiet on the property and on the beach. We had a super relaxing vacation here. We hope to return and highly recommend this place.

Very pleased with our stay, even though the elevator was under repair, the quiet, relaxing stay in the comfortable updated condo evened it out! Would definitely come back! Beautiful ocean front view.

Quickie
The pictures of place did not lie, the porch and view were great. Very nice on site staff. I particularly liked the maintenance fellow. The pool and spa were really nice. My Mother is wheel chair bound and was able to enjoy the place anyway. We even got her to the beach where she was able to ride her motorized scooter. T along

Perfect Beach Vacation

Spring vacation
We were told wed have parking spaces, one in garage and the other in parking lot with a pass. Garage was full with storage, no room for a car. The code to get on the beach was incorrect. The sliding door to get on the balcony was very difficult to open and close. Vent fan in hallway bathroom didnt work. Had water leak at sink in kitchen and had to wait 2 days on a plumber. 3 days before checkout elevator quit working and we were on 4th floor. Not a pleasant stay, condo needs some attention.

First time in Kaui
Cute and cozy, perfect little beach “bungalow”, exactly what I imagined a Kaui place to be. Perfect for a couple! Great location! Love this area of Kaui. Shaunna was friendly, easy and quick to communicate with. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place to stay
We had an awesome stay at ET405! The condo is comfy and cozy with plenty of welcome amenities to get by (hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher packs, coffee filters, toilet paper, etc). The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of gadgets you may need and more! The unit is clean and beautifully decorated, as shown. We would stay again.

Great place in a great spot.
Great condo right on the beach with enough room for two families. It had everything we needed for cooking meals and we were able to take advantage of the pool and direct beach access. Both the apartment and condo complex were clean and had great views of the ocean. We had a slight hiccup checking-in, but the property owner responded quickly and everything was resolved right away. We would definitely stay here again.

Fun in the sun at Smyrna Beach
Everything was great! The condo was just beautiful! The only problem I saw is the garage! We could not fit our car in the garage. If that's the case I would like to had two available parking passes that could be used !Not use of the garage. We tried to move some of the nice fun equipment in the garage but our cars did not fit.

WONDERFUL PLACE
This condo is exactly like the pictures. It is cozy and very relaxing. You will go to sleep listening to the ocean that is steps away. The condo has everything you'll need regarding appliances, blankets, towels, and beach gear. They even have fishing gear available to you. My only problem with this place, is that we were given the wrong code to get in, and it took 2 hours to get the right code. Also, they have many DVDs available for you to watch, but the condo does not actually come with a DVD player. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and we enjoyed our time here.

Great stay in NSB!
Very nice condo. Very clean and up-to-date. The two bedrooms were quite large. The second bedroom even accommodated our four teenagers. The view from the very spacious balcony was terrific. The condo featured a nice pool and hot tub, plus a place to leave beach chairs so that these didn't need to be lugged up and down each day. It was a relatively quiet part of the beach in comparison to areas with more easy public access. We would definitely stay here again.

Construction and a broken elevator
To start, the unit was really nice. Well equipped and great view. But then things went south. When we got there and wanted to unload our car with a week’s worth of supplies, we found the elevator broken. It had broken the day before (Friday) and not repaired till Tuesday. It was a problem, every time we wanted to leave the unit, we had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs. Then starting on Monday construction started at 8am and horrible drilling was heard all day till 5pm. Forget sleeping in on vacation. Then the worst was the unit directly above was jack hammering the floor for removal in the entire unit. The noise was so deafening that we had to leave for the day. In the contract it states that they can not predict when construction happens so they aren’t responsible. BUT, the leasing company actually owns this unit and had known about the construction for months and still chose to take advantage of us and rent it. Many in the building did not rent due to construction. And others who were there got a refund from other companies. This company did not…not their problem even though they own it, and knew about it prior. Had all of this not happened with no cooperation from TEEMING VACATION RENTALS, we would probably rent again. In the end they decided to refund one day. Not happy and will think twice before renting this way again and certainly not anything from TEEMING V R.
