Location location location

Perfect location for our family vacation. Waking up to a beachfront sunrise and enjoying coffee on the balcony was amazing! This rental had everything that we needed: stocked kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. Main bedroom was great. We enjoyed sleeping with the windows open and listening to the waves! Beds were comfy too. The pool was an added bonus for our teenage daughters. Loved the location and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful beach view

Property was fantastic! Location is right on the beach. The area adjacent to the beach is filled in with back to back huge condo complexes which may be fine for most East coast folks, just not our favoritesurroundings. Although, the beautiful Canaveral seashore is a very short drive away.

Amazing Stay

Gem at NSB

This property had everything we needed for our family get away. Ocean views, plenty of space, clean and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the pool (note that it is not heated FYI) and had an amazing time. Close to lots of great restaurants and also a great kitchen stocked with staples if cooking is in your agenda. Hosts are amazing at communicating! You will love it there!

Wonderful stay!

My family and I spent Thanksgiving here and had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and well appointed and had everything you would need for a beach stay! Lisa was an amazing host and very responsive to messages and super accommodating! We will stay here again! Thanks for a great long weekend!

Quiet, Beautiful and Fun

Our family stayed at this charming and well-renovated condo for our son's Baseball tournament. From the moment walking in, the grand views are more than breathtaking. The home is well-appointed, including everything one could need. It was more of a surprise that there were beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards to enjoy. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, decor cute and condition of condo excellent. Includes extra fans, bedding, and pillows. The condo is great, pool clean and well-maintained. The ocean was RIGHT there, little walking and perfect for enjoying. More importantly, the beach is fairly quiet and with very reduced crowds. Even during the summer, some days there was just my family enjoying the beach. It was great. Of note, we had a slight damper to the stay, (of no responsibility from the owner) However, she was amazingly accomodating and the epitome of a great VRBO host despite it being out of her control. We would certainly stay again without a question the next time we head out to the East Coast.

Great getaway!

The condo was exactly as shown! We really enjoyed the balcony as we felt like we were on the beach but were able to stay out of the sun in the middle of the day. The decor was very nice and looked new. Perfect for our weekend getaway!

Perfect Getaway

This is our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint! The condo is extremely clean and stocked for anything you could think of. The view of the ocean is incredible and it’s a quick walk to the pool or ocean. There are beach toys, boogie boards, chairs and a cooler for you to take to the beach and even on a holiday weekend, there were plenty of spots. The area is convenient to plenty of delicious restaurants, grocery stores and more. Highly recommend! Thanks for a relaxing family weekend!

Spectacular View

Right on the ocean

This condo is beautiful and very clean with a wonderful balcony and an incredible view of the ocean! We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. We saw dolphins and we were able to watch a rocket launch from the beach. It is very easy to get to the pool and beach. The condo was well supplied with towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, nightlights, dishes, pots and pans, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and garbage bags. There were even coffee pods and creamers for the Keurig. The property is very family friendly and quiet. The condo is two levels with the bedrooms upstairs. There are stairs to climb to access the condo. We loved our stay and were very sad to leave.

Gorgeous views, amazing stay

This property is right on the ocean. Second story condo with two floors tastefully decorated and very family friendly. Out the door and toes in the sand in 60 seconds. All the little things were thought of; snacks, coffee, chilled water filter pitcher, lots of outlets and USBs, nightlights, beach chairs and toys. The weather was too nice to take advantage of the TVs or the board games. We enjoyed every sunrise from the balcony. Very quiet condo community. This place is quite amazing!!

Life on the Beach.

This has been our second extended stay at this property and we could not be happier. Since our last visit the owners have continued to upgrade and enhance the condo...which was already in excellent condition. We have found it to be well equipped and the owners are very responsive to any questions that you might have. As everyone continues to mention, the location on the beach is amazing. Not only can you sit on the patio and enjoy the surf, but on each of our visits we were able to watch multiple space launches from the beach. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Perfect Family Getaway!

Our stay was fantastic and the property was excellent! Living only an hour away, it was easy to get to and allowed us to escape for the weekend. The property owner communicated clearly and often, the check-in process was super easy, and we arrived to a pleasant surprise of some drinks in the fridge and snacks in the cabinet. The condo is immaculate and it's clear how much thought went into the guest experience. Soft, comfy towels, shampoo and soap, baking staples, and a great variety of pots and pans and serving dishes make it easy to cook any meal (although there are some great restaurants nearby)! What truly makes this property unique is how it allowed us to have a family vacation AND some time to relax as adults, even with our 3 and 6-year-old girls. The pool and beach are so easy to get to and both had plenty of room, even on Labor Day weekend, allowing us to get all their energy out. The owner thought of everything, including boogie boards, umbrellas, beach towels, beach toys, and beach chairs. There are plenty of games and TVs in each room with Hulu TV and access to all the apps. The girls absolutely LOVED their room and would spend time up there playing games and watching a show while my husband and I got to enjoy some time relaxing and watching the ocean. We will be back for sure! I cannot recommend this place enough to any families in the Central/North Florida area who need an escape that's just a quick drive from home. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Mother Nature at her Best

The condo is spacious, cool, tastefully decorated and had all the coffee and cooking amenities we needed. Publix is 4 miles up the road for quick provision trips. The condo is also situated on one of the most idyllic stretches of beachfront I've ever seen. I rose early every morning to catch the slowly rising sun, go for a 3 mile walk and was back by 9:30 for breakfast. Our days were spent in the ocean and our evenings listening to waves crash on the shore under moonlight starry skies. The occasional lightening storm at night was like a fireworks show on the 4th of July. Spectacular! The lighted saltwater pool was also a nice hangout in the evening. I can't wait to go back again. The owner and property manager replied to any questions right away and made us feel very welcome. Thank you so much for this memorable stay.
