“Overall, my husband and I were very impressed with the property. We have stayed in more than 20 different short term rentals in Gainesville over the last decade, and this one is the cleanest and most comfortable we've ever come across. I have asthma that's triggered by mold, and this is the only place we've rented in Gainesville that didn't cause me to need my inhaler constantly. It also has proper furniture and not cheap Ikea junk that you find in most rentals. We'll definitely stay here again...

“Stayed for a friends wedding and this condo was a 10 minute walk from their house, and with all the shops in the town center, we had everything we needed. Unit was very clean, bed was very comfortable and the patios were a lot of fun to sip coffee on in the morning. X”
