“Location was great to drive to Santa Fe college and UF. Breakfast selections were simple- hard boiled eggs, toast, coffee, frozen waffles, orange juice, some yogurt/ bananas. I was glad to have a small refrigerator- However in my three night stay no one ever came in to empty the garbage ( or change anything). Sheets were clean, but carpet clearly needed to be replaced due to dark soil spots that had never been erased.”

“Staff was nice but there were many homeless people wandering. The rooms are not healthy to stay in and the nonsmoking rooms were right beside the smoking rooms and our sheets had cigarette burns in it.”

“Can't even start. Even if this is the last room available in Gainsville, run away. Better stay in your car if you are caught in the UF games day.”

“great location to UF heart and vascular. We could walk there. Were very flexible with extending check out time to coincide with our doctors appointments. Nice room and restaurant had great service and food. Definitely recommend.”
