“The room was clean except the top of the air conditioner was a little dirty. The first room smelt like mold and then asked to be moved. They didn't believe us at first but then moved us Asher coming into the room. ”

“This place was budget friendly and convenient because it is close to UF Health Shands ,the bed was comfortable . The room was nice and cool . In my opinion the breakfast was not that great .The service and staff was friendly . There was alot of noise and we weren't able to get much sleep . It is the first hotel that when we first checked in ask for a $100 deposit and started sending text messages and emails on the day of check out first thing in the morning . I have stayed in more expensive……

“The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.”

“The new renovations are superb! We booked an extra night because we loved it so much! Don't want to go home, it's wonderful here! Very clean, nice staff, beautiful decor and looking forward to breakfast in the morning. Keep up the good work! ”
