It was perfect for what we needed it for, a stop off to break up the journey south from North Scotland. We loved the original features of the hotel, it was full of character. The Host was wonderful, It has been the most comfortable and cosy cottage I have ever been to. The cottage is beautiful inside. We had some lovely walks in the area and it was in a very peaceful location.

Absolutely a beautiful place to stay with a large group. This enormous facility comes with huge bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. It is so nice to sleep in rooms that feel sound proof. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful, especially at the end of our long trip through Europe.

Quiet, friendly and an excellent getaway spot for people from all over who enjoy the many hiking and mountain biking trails as well as roads for travel. This is the heart of Reiver territory and a must visit town for their descendants
