This deck provides spectacular views of the waterway, boats, dolphins, manatee, and the drawbridge to the mainland. The deck also has new furniture including a sofa, chairs and fire table.

The lower floor houses the garages with a paddle board, kayaks and bikes for your use. We also have chairs, coolers and toys for the beach and pool and a pier, great for fishing. There is also a full bath just outside the garage door across from the pool.
