"The Carillon beach area is very close to 30A. Putting you directly between 30A & Panama City Beach. The location is unmatched. The actual room is an efficiency as advertised. My one complaint is that the water heater is very very small. If you take a shower longer than five minutes, there is no hot water. Other than that, it was a nice property."

"The neighborhood is immaculate and quiet. This unit is cozy, private, and comfortable. Everything we needed was generously provided. We loved the 5 beautiful bright windows, the perfect mattress, the beach wagon, and the bikes. Kind and attentive to guests but not obtrusive. Would stay again!"
