Very clean rooms. Staff was great. Food was very good in restaurant. Raging blizzard outside which made them short staffed but they were still very accommodating.

We had cousin weekend with a group of five adults and nine kids ages 1-14... this had something for everyone! Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, toys, games, books, game tables, as well as blankets for lounging. We had a great weekend! Thank you! We hope to return again.

Close to beach, park, and downtown. Annual Harvestfest event was taking place during our stay which was fun to stroll through all the street vendors. Very nice stay and location.

I liked that the hotel was close to the freeway but off the beaten path so you weren't right downtown & it was quiet.

We will NOT be back. For the amount of money we spent on a room, and to have staff bark at you is totally unacceptavle.

Northwood is a great little town about 7 miles east of the hotel. The hotel is not in Northwood. It is adjacent to the Diamond Jo casino on I-35. If you have time, drive into town! there are retaurants, a micro brewery, parks and museums!
