“Price reflected the property. Taking that into consideration, I have no complaints. The AC worked, fridge and microwave worked, hot running water, and the bed appeared clean with no lingering smells, the basics, the necessities. What more can you ask for when you just need a place to lay your head. ”

“Was very clean for the price. I did not like the fact that we were charged an additional deposit once we got to check in. We checked in around 2 AM and were only in the room for less than 6 hours. Just long enough to sleep. ”

“Carla, at the front desk, who gave us a ride to the airport was wonderful. Its a basic economy hotel. That should explain everything else ”

“The manager forces the housekeeping staff to start knocking on doors at 9am and check out isn't until 11am. My fiancee has terminal cancer and was up most of the night and they knocked on our door at 9:16 am. When my fiancee asked for his supervisors contact information he refused to give it to him then went on to tell my fiancee he'd never get his info. ”

“The hotel is the USA, Royal, and Budget hotel in alcoa. They are all listed separately, but are the same hotel. The place wasn't clean. It didn't have a microwave. If your there to go to the airport, it would be ok. Very loud with planes flying right over the hotel.”

“We are those that go out of town for a purpose and are basically in our room for a few hours. So paying for luxury is not required. This place is as advertised, older and cheap. But the room was clean including the bathroom. The bed was fine, the staff are nice. Fit our needs just fine. ”
