The house has an open flow throughout with a large living area on the main level with 74 inch smart TV located above gas log fireplace, WIFI, fully equipped kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms each with their own private full bathroom, sun porch and covered screened in porch. Enjoy your own private dock for fishing, kayaking (2 kayaks for your use), floating and docking your boat with ICW and Ocean access. Ground level patio with large outside shower, This canal home is convenient to town center with community park, shops, restaurants, pier, mini golf and Friday night concerts during the summer. Please note: Rentals during the summer are Sunday to Sunday to avoid traffic on Saturdays. Linens and paper products are not supplied.
