Unhappy with this rental
All linens were not clean. Hair on many sheets and pillow cases. One bed had no fitted sheet. Some beds were not made up properly, messy. After calling they came the next morning and changed all linens.
Air conditioner did not work properly on main level. After calling they came the next day and put in two units on that level.
I had to wipe out refrigerator and wipe off counter tops. The pantry was messy. The kitchen needed clean pots and pans and some cooking utensils.
The railing on the outside deck on main level was loose. After calling they came and inspected it. I’m not sure what happen about that.
The outside hose had a hole in it.
The downstairs refrigerator did not work properly and had a very musty smell.
The elevator did not work properly. After calling they came and worked on it. It worked part of the time we were there.
The washer and dryer was full of towels.
My husband missed time with family because of calling and waiting on service calls to come.
Due to all of this we were refunded $1000, but we can’t bring back vacation time missed with family.
