“The place was nice and big enough for us. Nice televisions, but the only one that worked was the one in the living room. The stove only had two burners that somewhat worked and one of those would only operate on high. The grill is rusted out and had a trash bag full of wet soggy charcoal ash in the bottom of it. There are a couple of places in the house where the floor transitions up a few inches and it is hard to see because the lighting in the house is not the best, I tripped on it several……

“The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame.
There was no comfortable seating.
The bed was old very soft.
We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed.
The floors were in terrible condition.
The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty

“My family and I had a scary incident. Be sure, be sure to lock your door behind you every time. Even if just to go change clothes out of dryer. We had an intruder follow my son back into our room from the clothes dryer. We had to call 911. He was intoxicated and insisted we were in his room. I could see how it happened. All three buildings are identical and the units are in the same layout. The accommodation was great, the experience was traumatic.”
