"Room was exceptionally clean. Location is great, centre of town. However, this means it is also extremely loud. We were possibly in the worst room (104) right next to the main entrance. We went for 3 nights and all 3 mornings, we had a large group of cyclists meeting outside our unit at 7:30/8am. They were very loud, yelling directions and riding plans — they would leave at 9am so sometimes over an hour of the yelling. At night, the pub across the street was thumping until midnight (?) and it was so loud. We had to keep our blinds closed the whole weekend because everyone could see right into our unit — and it was a constant stream of people in/out of the main entrance. The wine tour bus also seems to pick up and drop off right outside unit too so big groups of noisy people. Unit itself was really clean and had everything we needed but I would not stay there again because of the noise/location. We did mention we weren’t crazy about the location when we checked in and got the follow up phone call from the front desk but nothing was done."

"This place had everything to be a great stay, but it’s terribly maintained. We spent the long weekend there and from the moment we arrived we were told there was no internet and we would get a 20% discount on our stay. I asked about this and multiple times staff confirmed they would refund 20%. They also said it would be fixed in 24h, then another 24h and so on. It wasn’t fixed, and I am still waiting to get my money back."

"The stay was pretty good this time, we were there for 4 nights. One negative was the AC in room 417 had a loose cover and made a loud buzzing noise when it was running. Pressing on the plastic shroud with my leg stopped the buzzing, so it’s loose. Breakfast was simple, scrambled eggs and sausage with bagel/bread/waffle selections. Coffee was Starbucks, really appreciated the hot chocolate pouches for mocha’s. I did utilize the EV chargers, unfortunately they are only NACS Tesla chargers, so bring your J-1772 Adapters! I had mine and only one of the Tesla chargers (one with the long cable) worked with the adapter. Lots of EV’s just used the 110V plugs with their own portable chargers. Wish they would install a couple J-1772 chargers. Good location, right on the river. Nice for walking along the trails. This is a wooden construction hotel, so the usual door slamming, kids running in the hall noise. The cleaning of the room happened late, usually 5pm+ for us. We didn’t mind as all we wanted was towels and garbage removal."
