“Great location, very central and close to shops and restaurants. However, the apartment is quite dark, the bed was too soft and uncomfortable, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable—I had trouble with video calls. With a few improvements, it could be a much better stay.”

“Overall this was a great apartment in a very convenient location across from Balboa park and walking distance to a cool dog park and museums. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was awesome to be able to bring our dog. The check in process was easy. And because they own the entire building there is staff you can talk to during business hours, which is great in case of emergencies. Cons of the place were pretty minor, but I thought still worth mentioning. We checked in late at night and...
