Pathetic customer service, staff is rude - nobody picks the phone for room service - you have to call front desk multiple times, before someone picked up - our hair dryer was not working, called front desk, no one came to fix it - the bar has limited time. Last night I came back at hotel at around 11pm(closing time), bartender was busy chatting and providing drinks to the folks in the bar. The moment I came in, very rudely mentioned ‘Bar is closed’ - we paid more than $200 for a night, expect better

Close to Reading Terminal, Chinatown and restaurants like Hard Rock Cafe, short walk to get subway to sport stadiums. Price was high and had to pay $40 in additional for their parking deck. Nice room but no hair dryer and our room was on parking deck side and loud hum all night of machinery (not cars).
