The front desk staff were helpful. I did have a situation where the keycard pad for the door died. I went to get into my room after an 8 hour conference and my door wouldnt open. The front desk gal used the master key card and another electronic key pad thing to try to get me into my room. But nothing worked. I was locked out of my room, with all of my stuff inside. The front desk gal got a hold of the manager who promised to call me that night. But never did. I was told maintenance would be there in 30-60 minutes to get me in my room. After 60 minutes, they werent there so I went to the front desk. They told me, they wouldnt be there at all that night and I'd have to wait til the next morning. I had nothing with me. Everything was locked in my room.  And I had to be at my conference again early the next day. They did get me another room but I had to go to the store and get basic amenities for the night because I was told its not their responsibility to provide those, that its on the guest. Which I had everything I needed but it was LOCKED behind THEIR door. Very very frustrating. Maintenance did show up the next morning and change the battery in the door. He told me it was a very quick fix. I had also mentioned to him how the manager claimed she was calling maintenance the night before but the maintenance guy said he never did get a call. I was not happy. Just think twice before staying here.
