“Host was great. They initially only had 4 of the 5 days I needed available but moved things around so that I could stay the extra night. Communications with the host were excellent throughout.”

“Clean room, pool was really nice. There is no front office staff 24/7 as previously listed. The check in process is an absolute nightmare, you have to download an app - which is incredibly slow to work and does not actually read the service fobs to enter the building as stated. There is no housekeeping available if desired. It is spacious, the property itself is very nice and centrally located. They just shouldn’t advertise hotel-level amenities when they don’t have them.”

“This place was very nice and spacious! The pool was huge and very close and they have little courtyard sitting places right by this condo. My only three negatives are the couch, which looked like it was about to lose a spring and was very uncomfortable; there were only two drinking glasses but lots of coffee cups, plates, bowls, etc.; and the upstairs neighbors who were literally stomping around and moving what sounded like boulders around their place.”

“The property was great and the host was very quick to respond when needing certain questions answered. Room was super clean when we walked in. Only 1 bugaboo I had was: we had to find parking somewhere else rather than on the property itself. I understand that parking is for paying customers who live at that place, however, if people are paying to stay there, they should have access to the parking spot corresponding to the room. Me and my guest were there for a convention and had some heavy……

“Excellent location. Walkable to several restaurants and shopping. Easy access and easy parking. Nice layout and prompt reply to questions we had about the unit. We used the gym and it was a nice bonus. Having a washer and dryer came in handy after hiking camelback mountain and the utv excursion. Clean place with all the thinfs we needed/wanted. ”

“I won’t stay again…The check in process was insane, I had completed the online check in, paid the cleaning fee, the security deposit etc. Waited on site for the code to access the property. Since nobody was responding and it was nearly 4pm, I rang the Ring doorbell to see if I could communicate through that with Vince. When a property says “contactless entry” imagine my surprise as a random guy opens the door! Then he motions me to come in, I’m like what yeah no, I’m good. I went back to my car……

“Very clean and well decorated. Great location close to anything you might need or want in downtown Phoenix. Gym is awesome and the complimentary coffee bar was a nice extra. Quiet even though you’re in the city and I felt very safe walking all around the area. ”
