The TV went out on the second night and I had to troubleshoot it as the hotel staff was unable to get it working. The air conditioner sounded like a monster truck idling in the room all night. Dog poop in the public areas outside so watch where you walk! Most of the shops and eateries nearby close early. Elevator never worked the whole time we were there." The pool was dirty, filtration system did not appear to be working. It was also freezing, even in the warm sun. The hot tub had a gross smell and was yellowish. No one was seem cleaning the pool AT ALL during the stay. Staff was kind, if you got a chance to talk to one, they were understaffed at the desk. Staff also did not adhere to the "pay at hotel" option and called to tell us if we didnt pay right away they were going to cancel our reservation- 4 hours before check in was even happening. Stressed us out big time. Just a poor experience.
