"Expedia and Les Castelles need to make the pool and spa usage very clear in the booking email. There was no mention of charging to use sauna or hot tub or when and if it could be used. "

"We had a welcome quiet break at this romantic hotel, the food was lovely and the surroundings are very pretty. Our host was great - very personable and interesting. We loved the building and our unique room with its tower and perfect views. "

"Arrived on Sunday to find that no restaurant/chef available. We did not know this and could have been a problem had we not been able to get a curry delivered!
The bar too was a bit of an issue, however, this was made available to us and dining Al Fresco with a beautiful view was accomplished.
Very nice people and a stunning setting. We all had individual rooms/fires that were well prepared and provided the rest that was needed."

"Accueil très agréable de la part du réceptionniste. Chambre en étage comme demandé, lit grand et trés confortable ainsi que les oreillers. La télévision est un peu basse mais ça n'est qu'un détail, salle de bain avec baignoire. Double porte d'accès à la chambre. Par contre les cloisons sont minces. Petit-dejeuner très copieux. Nous reviendrons. "
