“Our stay was only one night but the room was in great shape, very clean and comfortable. The only critique I'd leave is the remote to the TV was very dirty. The housekeeping staff could take a moment to wipe those down. I had to clean it before using it. But that was a small thing compared to the overall pleasant stay. There were renovations going on on the 2nd floor. They were careful to put us away from the construction and we never heard or saw any signs of it, or had it disrupt our stay.……

“Pictures of this place on the outside must be very old, not a place for a family to stay. Room smelled strong of mold and mildew, mold on the wall in the bathroom, construction going on around the building, the pool had algae covering the bottom. I could go on but I ultimately decided we could not stay there and the staff was helpful and got me a refund so we could go elsewhere.”

“The hotel is in Franklin,La. It’s a small town with not much traffic. The hotel is aged but very well maintained. The staff was terrific and the room was well worth our $81 for the night. About the only complaint would be, the morning breakfast was decent considering it was free. Room was very clean and AC was very cold.Would stay there again!!!”
