"It was a very nice hotel, the breakfast was great. Very clean and well maintained. Our only complaints are the shower was so slippery, it was hard to get in and out. And, why does every hotel have to have those quilted blankets???? "

"This hotel is conveniently located near one of the major highways but distant enough for the noise to be an issue. The hotel is undergoing renovations which was only evident to me by the cardboard covering the floor of the elevators. The room I stayed in was very spacious and had nice modern touches. I loved that the sink was outside the bathroom/shower as it gave me the chance to utilize the sink and counter while a family member used the shower. I really enjoyed the continental breakfast; there were plenty of delicious options available. The pool was a decent size. I did not use the gym but I saw it had a stationary bike, two treadmills and plenty of weights. The staff was always very attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The hotel is in a general state of disrepair. Needs a facelift outside and inside. Breakfast was probably the worst we have had at HI Express."
