"The room was definitely not even close to the cleanest it could've been. i woukd rate the cleanliness of the room (and the entire place, honestly), 2/10\. The lady who was on duty at the time of check-in was not pleasant in the least and honestly, she seemed like she hated her job. "The room was clean and fresh, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room service breakfast was always on time, and the staff delivering was always friendly, and the lunches in the bar area were very good and the staff knowledgeable and pleasant. Dinners in The Stillwell were delicious and looked awesome. Four of us, all choosing something different, everything awesome."
