"The room was definitely not even close to the cleanest it could've been. i woukd rate the cleanliness of the room (and the entire place, honestly), 2/10\. The lady who was on duty at the time of check-in was not pleasant in the least and honestly, she seemed like she hated her job. "Main issue was the elevator situation. There were two large events going on at the same time and only two working elevators. We wpuld wait uo to 30 minutes to get one that was not already full. Ended up taking the stairs from the 23rd floor just so we could make the check out time."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the 16th floor and could see a lot of the city. It was a great location and had convenient parking (at a cost of $14 as an add on). We asked for a regular room with 2 queens but I believe we may have been upgraded (?) as we ended up on a higher floor and the room had a mini-fridge. They also have microwaves on a few floors (in the room with the ice machine) that anyone could use. We enjoyed our stay and would return."
