"The room was definitely not even close to the cleanest it could've been. i woukd rate the cleanliness of the room (and the entire place, honestly), 2/10\. The lady who was on duty at the time of check-in was not pleasant in the least and honestly, she seemed like she hated her job. "Staff was wonderful for check in. The woman who checked us in had such a radiant and positive attitude. The pool area was indoors but chilly. The room could have been cleaner (there was hair all over the bathroom, chewed bubblegum on the floor, and the bedding didnt smell as clean as it should). The checkout staff was amazing. She helped us clean a spill from my child and was so kind about it. She told us a bit about the area and how much she loved working there. Overall it was a great experience. We did not utilize the breakfast vouchers as we chose to sleep in and explore the city later on during the day. "

"since it was winter the pool was closed there is a weird smell in the lobby and in the hallways that was offputting I like the overall design of the room and lobby have a clean modern feel but the sheets and bedding felt cheap and uncomfortable and there wasnt a warm comforter so i was cold at night. when i arrived the AC was blasting at 62 degrees and it was 25 degrees outside so the room was freezing. I had to put the thermostat up to 78 but it never really got all the way warm. no one is at the front door to help you with your bags going in or out of cars. they just ignore you. front desk and resteraunt had friendly welcoming staff. "

"For what we paid, it was acceptable but I won’t stay again. The room I selected wasn’t available because housekeeping didn’t show, which was a slight problem but not huge. The room smelled absolutely awful. The carpet needs desperately cleaned. There were still hairs on the floor in the bathroom. There’s a pool but no whirlpool as promised. I’ll definitely plan my next stay closer to my daughter’s campus, the drive, the experience and the lack of food choices negate the savings on the hotel. The blonde woman at the desk is a peach, love her. "
