"The room was definitely not even close to the cleanest it could've been. i woukd rate the cleanliness of the room (and the entire place, honestly), 2/10\. The lady who was on duty at the time of check-in was not pleasant in the least and honestly, she seemed like she hated her job. "It’s not what I expected. For the price I paid, I expected better. But in my room, the AC unit panel door was broken, the unit itself was duct taped to the wall. The faucet in the bathtub doesn’t switch over fully when turning on the shower. The closet door wouldn’t close fully. It just wasn’t what I had hoped. On top of all that I had to pay $30 for parking which no one mentioned. "

"The staff were very kind and clear. The room was not very clean. It was obvious the floors hadn’t been swept/vacuumed, the shower walls had not been cleaned (hair and soap visible), the microwave had many finger prints visible, the top sheet was stained and had holes in it, the fitted sheet was fine but felt old and pilled, the tv never had signal, and the phone in the room did not work. I didn’t use any amenities so can’t speak to those. "

"Room was very clean and a nicely renovated. It had a great set up with living/sleeping area. It was quiet. You do have to pay for parking, which I’m not a fan of since I’m paying for the room. Breakfast is separate and expensive. There are many good other breakfast options in the are. I would definitely stay there again as the location is perfect to walk around the Plaza."
