"The room was definitely not even close to the cleanest it could've been. i woukd rate the cleanliness of the room (and the entire place, honestly), 2/10\. The lady who was on duty at the time of check-in was not pleasant in the least and honestly, she seemed like she hated her job. Overall, the hotel seemed run down and seemed to have a lot of shady people and sit"

"Room cleanliness was a 2 out of 5\. There was hair in my shower and bed. The fridge had soda in it that looked like it exploded. I didn’t feel like I could call and tell them. Staff was busy talking to each other in the middle of me trying to check in. And made little eye contact, made me feel stupid asking questions. Breakfast was good. Parking was also nice. Right on site. Location was right in the middle of everything we went to kc for, so that was nice. Overall it was average. "
