“Very good service at the front desk!”

“Was unaware this property is in foreclosure and changing hands, but the staff was excellent and helpful. The restaurant was well run with very good food and reasonable prices. The outdoor pool deck could use attention, and the pool was freezing cold so we didn’t get in. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the Plaza, so we sat outside morning and evening. Again, it could use some attention and a thorough scrubbing of the chairs (or maybe new), but we did enjoy it there. I’m looking……

“The lady who checked me in was very nice, the pool options were great. The room was very clean and well maintained.”

“No microwave was astonishing. No ice machine on the floor was also a problem (waited 20 mins for ice from reception). Bed is definitely outdated and uncomfortable. Disappointing that nothing was complimentary (I guess the ice and soap were). The bathroom and shower were great. Soaps were great. We loved the silence. The staffs energy and optimism could improve as well.”
