Found in the Willo Historic District

Stay in Centrally located, historic neighborhood - a comfortable studio Bedroom (queen bed) with kitchenette and 1 bathroom. Easy access to downtown, shops and restaurants for an enjoyable visit to Phoenix.

Downtown prime location close to convention center, ASU, art district, 10 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport and many close restaurants.

Location Details:
Just a few blocks away from light rail, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

Getting around: closest light rail is at Central and McDowell- just 1/2 mile walk away. At the end of our block are bicycles available to rent, also many scooters found on the streets around town to pay as you use. Parking available on the street if you happen to be driving.

Great property in a beautiful neighborhood. Nicole is very responsive. My husband stayed for three weeks while he was in town on business. Highly recommended
