Very peaceful, relaxing, family friendly home. 3 minutes from the Freeway. Centrally located 10 minutes from ASU campus, near multiple Hospitals and Mayo Clinics. Easy to use keyless entry. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make you feel at home. Enjoy the 65 inch mounted Smart TV with all your favorite streaming platforms. The backyard is quiet and beautiful with a large patio including a big wooden table to enjoy meals outside. Washer and dryer available for long term guests. Plenty of parking on the driveway.
