Room was very nice and clean! Staff was friendly while checking in and breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this stay.

No elevator which was rough with suitcases. Room itself was clean but the hallway smelled like weed.

Place was fine! We were a bit nervous about touching anything because of the renters agreement, so we didn't likely use to full potential. It was hot and used fans, was concerned about adjusting AC because of the plants. Main thing really problematic was the parking. It came with it but the parking wasnt a great and clear-cut situation

Overall, nice stay. Close to downtown, convenient. Some minor issues with the unit. TV wasn't functioning for us, so host called and helped. A previous guest had signed in to a streaming service, so I didn't have to bother my lovely wife, but that really should be cleared after each stay. Air conditioning window unit was not secured, which is something we consider necessary on first floor/easily reached spaces. Plumbing in bathroom was very loose for some reason. Noticed only one set of accessible stairs to get to the upstairs units. Kitchen was nice, and we appreciated having kitchen/cooking items available to us. Parking was free and convenient. Unit was very clean, and hosts were great. Thank you!

First the good. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. However, the hotel itself is a little run down. Flooring in rough shape and just needed some love. And we were disappointed that there was no working elevator. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal but our son was three weeks out from acl repair surgery and the steps were difficult for him. Our room wasn't very clean. There were smudges, dirt, and stains from what looked like some kind of substance running down the wall, floors and door casings were dirty and it looked like someone had marked all over the floor. The pull out sofa bed didn't have a cover and the mattress had stains. There was lvp flooring which was nice but it was sticky. And FYI, the doors to the bedroom section of the suite have glass panels so no privacy for those traveling with children or other adults. Just disappointed in the overall lack of cleanliness.
